While the documentation requirements vary from lender to lender, at Sims Mortgage Team we require the following documents in order to begin your home loan application process.

  1. Last 2 Years W-2’s for all Borrowers
  2. Last 2 Paystubs
  3. Last 2 Months Bank Statements
  4. Proof of Earnest Money (Cleared Funds in Bank Account)
  5. Copy of Signed and Fully Executed Purchase Contract
  6. Copy Of Driver’s License and Social Security Card

Will You Be Requested To Provide Other Additional Documentation?

Please keep in mind that the above list of documents is not to be misunderstood as the only documents required to completely process your new home loan application.
